Milkweed Sale

Pines residents, play your part in saving the monarchs!  

Every fall, thousands of monarch butterflies descend on Fire Island, but these beautiful creatures are in danger and only one thing can save them: milkweed.

BOFFO is collaborating with artist TM Davy and Gay Gardens to bring 200+ milkweed plants to Fire Island. A portion of the plants will be donated to the community and planted in public spaces. Three types of milkweed plants will be available for purchase online. Pickup in the Pines Harbor on Saturday, June 28th.

New hand-finished edition by Doron Langberg

BOFFO is delighted to collaborate with artist, Doron Langberg, who has made a variable edition of 30 monoprints in support of BOFFO's fundraising efforts. Rendered from a painting made by Langberg on Fire Island, this edition was created using two lithograph color plates and then individually hand-finished by the artist using painterly techniques. No two prints are the same.
